I am a lesbian and I am an academic researcher in the field of business and management.//
Currently, I’m a faculty member in a business school specializing in teaching and researching Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. My research and experience is focused on enhancing an organizations’ diversity and inclusion programs to support employees more authentically. I’m especially interested in breaking concrete and glass ceilings so women and people of color can flourish in leadership positions. Prior to academia, I was a Training and Operations Executive in Fortune 500 companies.
