I am bi and I am a sociologist.//
I’m a postdoctoral researcher at Vanderbilt University where I study how social factors impact the health of LGBTQ people. I also research political bias and the spread of misinformation. I completed my PhD in sociology at the University of South Carolina and I have an M.A. in sociology and B.A. in psychology. Before switching into sociology, I was working on a PhD in cognitive neuroscience, but I realized my interests were more on the macro level.
