I am genderqueer, nonbinary, pansexual and I am a mathematician.//
I am a mathematician because I see math as a living, breathing, creative process with immense relevance to the world. To paraphrase Jordan Ellenberg, mathematics is like a prosthetic you attach to your common sense to make it more powerful. I’m passionate about using this prosthetic to tell the difference between mathematical knots, to characterize mechanical games, and to promote social justice using data.
