I am pansexual, genderfluid and I am a microbiologist.//
I am Post Doc in the BioZone at the University of Toronto, studying iron and sulfur oxidation in bioleaching processes. I recently finished a combined MASc & PhD program with the CivMin Department at the University of Toronto, where I have been very involved in growing QueerSphere, the departmental student club.
I graduated with a BSc. in environmental science at UTSC in 2011. Before grad studies I worked in the urban forestry renewal department at the City of Toronto, planting native trees and working to restore habitat in the urban centre. In my spare time, I read sci-fi (queer if possible), volunteer, and occasionally paint with oil.
