I am queer and nonbinary and I am a science teacher.//
I am a middle and high school educator hoping to be a source of hope and mentorship to my queer students. My concentration is in biology, but I teach all natural sciences. A main component of my pedagogy is dismantling white supremacy both within the school system and how we teach; I believe change is the most powerful in the streets and in the classroom. I have always loved science and social justice, so education was a natural blend of the two!
