I am queer and I am a plant conservation ecologist.//
My research looks at plant traits and their spatial relationships with the animals that eat their fruits (frugivores) in order to better understand patterns of biodiversity for conservation. I will have a B.S. in Environmental Plant Biology in May 2021 and will be continuing my research in pursuit of a Ph.D. in graduate school. I am passionate about science communication, advocacy, and increasing diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in STEAM.
