She/Her

I am bi and I am a cognitive neuroscience graduate student.//

I am a doctoral student in Psychological and Brain Sciences at the University of California, Santa Barbara. I use neuroimaging methods (primarily MRI) to research the relationship between sex hormones and whole brain functional connectivity and structure. In particular, I am interested in exploring this relationship during major life stages including puberty, pregnancy, and menopause, to better understand how sex hormones influence cognitive processing. Previously, I earned my bachelor’s degree at Middlebury College in rural Vermont and worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before applying to graduate schools. In my free time I love to swim, play water polo, hike, bike, and enjoy all the beauty that Santa Barbara has to offer!
