He/Him

I am gay and I am a researcher in ecological genomics.//

I’m a CNRS research director working at the Laboratory of Plant-Microbe-Environment Interactions (Toulouse). I co-head a team of 15-20 people working on ecological genomics. The main scientific objective of our team is to understand and predict biotic interactions with plants in the context of global changes by establishing a continuum of approaches from molecular biology to evolutionary ecology, through quantitative genetics. Since I made a burn-out, among other things, because of homophobic comments I received from colleagues of other teams of my department, I want to help people from the LGBTQ+ community to feel secure at the work place.
