Hello! I am a current doctoral student studying the impacts of nutrient acquisition strategy and nutrient allocation on plant responses to global change at Texas Tech University. Most of my research interests are centered on refining how plant processes are represented in Earth system and terrestrial biosphere models using a combination of empirical and theoretical approaches. One of my personal missions in graduate school and any future career is to be a visible member of the LGBTQIA+ community and increase the representation, visibility, and inclusion of LGBTQIA+ folks in ecology.
