I’m gay and I’m a biology PhD student. //
At work, I study the evolution of cell types of the nervous system, specifically of the locomotory circuit. At home, I cuddle with my boyfriend, play the piano, and watch TV. With my friends, I play board games, dance, and go on hikes. It angers me that I am hesitant to share my story here out of fear it might affect my career.
