I am gay and I am a biological science lab technician.//

I have loved science ever since I can remember. Because of that I have pursued and obtained my M.S. in Biochemistry while living in IL. From my masters program and working at AgReliant Genetics and the USDA-ARS I found that my true love in science is molecular biology and PCR analysis. A few years later life took me all the way to the east coast where I currently reside and work at the Foreign Animal Disease Diagnostic Lab (FADDL) on Plum Island. I have learned so much by working as a BSLT at this facility and have been loving every minute of it! I can say I love going to work everyday! I hope I am able to learn a lot more from this opportunity along where it may lead me in the future!
