She/Her

I am queer and I am a Ph.D. student.//

I grew up in Santa Cruz, CA loving the redwoods and ocean.

I graduated with my BS in Ecology & Evolution and a minor in Mathematics from Stanford University, where I studied amphibian population genetics and conservation biology. I am a white Latinx herpetologist studying the relationship between thermal physiology and near-infrared reflectance in amphibians in Ecuador and Texas. I am passionate about issues of social and environmental justice.

In my free time I love to road cruise for herps, tidepool, skateboard, boulder, hike, swim, and edible forage.
