I am gay and I am a biophysicist.//
I am a current Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics at the University of Rochester. My research interest focuses on developing new biophysical tools and techniques to probe the nanoscale interactions that dictate neuroimmunology. Beyond my laboratory work, I am passionate about the intersection of science and policy to address issues such as climate justice and visibility of historically excluded communities in STEM. I’m excited to see a future filled with queer scientists across the entire gender and sexual minority spectrum.
