He/Him

I am queer and I am a computational chemist.//

I am a graduate student at Purdue University. I work on computational chemistry. Specifically, I research “partition density functional theory,” an embedding scheme that non only focuses on reducing the computational cost of quantum methods but also looks for ways of suppressing errors inherent in density functional approximations. In the past few years, I have written along with some great folks some software projects in the hopes of making partition density functional theory a practical tool for everyone.

As a native of the smallest state in Mexico, I have developed a personality that prefers not to discuss my sexuality or sexual identity openly. Nevertheless, I appreciate the kind efforts of this community.
