Raphael Ocelli Pinheiro

He/Him

I am queer and I am an ecologist.//

I’m originally from Brazil but currently I live in Turin (Italy), where I’m a PhD candidate in Technologies for Cultural and Sustainable Heritage. My experience as an early-stage researcher led me to work in different countries like Brazil, United States, Belgium, and Italy, on topics based on sustainable development, ecology, education, conservation and management of natural resources, and sustainable and cultural heritage approaches.

Meanwhile, I’m developing many different projects, such as the development of the Project Canastra UNESCO Global Geopark, a documentary feature about the Brazilian military dictatorship called “As Marias”, and many others.
