I’m gay and I’m a cell biologist. //
In my lab at the University of Utah, we look at chromosomes in order to understand how they interact with each other. Throughout my training I was fortunate to work in labs that allowed me to be myself: a gay man and an immigrant. I am striving to create the same environment in my own lab, fostering creativity by bringing together scientists with a diversity of life experiences and ways of thinking.
