He/Him
I am queer and trans and I am an astrophysicist. //
I’m a postdoctoral research associate at Michigan State University and NSF Astronomy & Astrophysics postdoctoral fellow. I received my PhD from University of Notre Dame and did my undergraduate work at Reed College. I study the explosive deaths of massive stars as core-collapse supernovae using computational models. I’m currently serving on the American Astronomical Society’s Committee for Sexual-orientation and Gender Minorities in Astronomy (SGMA). In addition to work, I enjoy hiking, backpacking, and knitting.
