He/Him
I am queer I am a chemist and spectroscopist.//
Howdy! I’m a graduate student at Caltech studying ultrafast dynamics within metal-semiconductor junctions after photoexcitation. My goal is to increase the efficiency of solar energy devices while increasing the visibility of Queer scientists. In Professor Scott Cushing’s group, I’m assisting with the development of ultrafast spectroscopy and microscopy instrumentation.
I graduated with a BS in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in 2020, working with Professor Renee Frontiera. I’m originally from central Minnesota.
I love to hike, lift, and eat!
