I am gay and I am a developmental psychology Ph.D. student. //
Growing up as a gay science nerd didn’t make me the most popular kid on the block, but I’ve found my place in the LGBTQ+ STEM community. In college, I engaged in Parkinson’s, tele-education, executive function, and autism stigma research. Along the way, I developed a passion for encouraging undergraduate research experiences. Currently, I study Autistic interaction and how this is the same or different in dyads of different neurotypes. I am also passionate about making space in academia for Autistic autism researchers.
