I am bi and I am an epidemiology researcher.//
I am an assistant professor at the Department of Epidemiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I graduated from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy with the degrees of Doctor of Pharmacy (2013), Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences (2017), and Ph.D. with a concentration in pharmacoepidemiology (2019). My research interests include the study of drug utilization and safety in the area of pain management, the evaluation of the effects of State and Federal laws on patient outcomes (legal epidemiology), and the assessment of patient safety and quality for inpatient pain management.
Outside of work, I enjoy running and indoor rock climbing.
