I’m an astrophysicist working at the Planetarium of Pamplona since 1990, a science communicator, atheist, skeptic, and gay. I’ve been married to a marvelous person since 2006. Fortunately, we live in a country where LGBTIQ+ people have equal rights, but even still are suffering opprobrious homophobia by most of the right parties, the Catholic Church, media, and middle-class. I am trying to convice people that science is way too straight with a blog: #cienciaLGTBIQ (Yes: in Spain we keep the T BEFORE the B, so we use LGTB, LTBI, LGTBIQ and others). | Como astrofísico trabajo en el Planetario de Pamplona desde 1990, soy comunicador científico, ateo, escéptico y gay. Me casé con un hombre maravilloso en 2006. Afortunadamente vivimos en un país donde la gente LGTBIQ+ tenemos igualdad de derechos, pero aún así se sufre una homofobia indignante por parte de la mayoría de los partidos de derechas, la Iglesia Católica, los medios y las clases medias. Intento convencer a la gente de que la ciencia es demasiado hetero con un blog: #cienciaLGTBIQ.
