I am gay and I am a Community Manager with Momentum Tech Leaders.//
I’m passionate about using my position of privilege as a cis-gendered, white male to support traditionally under-represented communities, which is what brought me to Momentum, a career and leadership coaching program for early to mid-career professionals who identify as the first, few, or only in the tech industry. Momentum is more than just another program; we’re a community. We’ll be hosting a series of regular virtual events that will bring together tech leaders and professionals from traditionally marginalized communities and their allies to have meaningful conversations about life in tech and how we – and our employers – can do better. I’m here to listen and learn from this community.
