I made it through my undergraduate years earning a BS in Biochemistry at the University of Cincinnati College of Arts & Sciences despite a void of parental support after coming out. Currently a PhD Candidate in Cancer and Cell Biology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. I am disabled, I am queer, I am a scientist.
