I am gay and I am a physics PhD student. //
I’m a PhD student at the University of Oxford, and my work is focused on laser-driven particle acceleration. I design high-power laser experiments that I carry out as part of an international collaboration on large-scale facilities in the UK, France, and in the Bay Area of California, USA. I grew up in London, and moved to Oxford for my undergraduate degree. I haven’t left yet! As part of my research, I regularly get to travel to places around the world. Two of my favourites are Paris and San Francisco.
