I am bi and I am a sociologist.
I’m currently a PhD student at New York University, trying to understand how people experience beauty and other aesthetic experiences. I feel extremely grateful that my research has brought me to NYC where I for the first time feel supported in expressing myself openly in almost any regard. I hope initiatives like 500QueerScientists will give that feeling to many more scientists!
