I am an ally and I am a botanist/geneticist. //

I listed myself as an ally even though I came out bi in the 1990s because I think at this stage in my life and career that it’s more about supporting others on their scientist journeys. I’m an ARS National Program Leader responsible for research on specialty crops. Just thought I’d show that there’s diversity (and love and support) among science administrators too.
