He/They

I am queer and I am an ecologist, educator, and counselor.//

I am a long-time educator, mentor and ecologist with a passion for healing the relationship between people and our earth through cultivating an ethic of respect, reciprocity, and responsibility for all beings and our shared home. I’ve worked in the lowlands and Cascade mountains of the Salish Sea, the San Francisco Bay area, and the Gulf Coast of Florida as an ecosystem restoration, sustainable horticulture, and urban agriculture researcher, practitioner and educator. I currently am studying to be a nature-based counselor and reside in the Sonoran Desert on the unceded lands of the Tohono O’odham and Pascua Yaqui (Yoeme) in the scrappy, scruffy, saguaro bedecked town called by the O’odham, Cukson (Tucson).
