I am bi and I am a cis woman, white, bisexual and I work as marine researcher. And transfeminist.//
I am PhD in Marine Sciences and I studied Oceanography. Nowadays, I research the velocity of climate change in the Mediterranean Sea to evaluate the vulnerability of fisheries resources. Previously, I have studied the effects of increased CO2 in plankton, marine plants and macroalgae in the Arctic Ocean. I have also researched climate change effects on jellyfish blooms and the distribution of microplastics in the Mediterranean Sean and the ingestion of microfibers by the fish gilthead sea bream and mussels.
I love marine research and science outreach. I try to include a transfeminist and ecofeminist perspective into my life and my work.

Soy una mujer blanca, cis, bisexual y trabajo como investigadora en oceanografía.
Soy doctora en Ciencias del Mar y estudié oceanografía. Actualmente investigo la velocidad del cambio climático y cómo afecta a la vulnerabilidad de los recursos pesqueros en el Mar Mediterráneo. Hice mi tesis doctoral sobre la productividad primaria y los efectos del aumento del CO2 a nivel experimental en el plancton del Océano Ártico. He investigado también los efectos del cambio climático en floraciones de medusas, la distribución de microplásticos en el Mar Mediterráneo y la ingesta de microfibras en animales como el mejillón y la dorada.
Me encantan las ciencias marinas y la divulgación científica. Procuro incluir el transfeminismo y el ecofeminismo en mi vida y mi trabajo.
