I am a lesbian and I am a wildlife ecologist.//
I’ve been super passionate about all kinds of science for as long as I can remember. While I wasn’t sure which field I wanted to go into, I was very curious about the environment and how everything is connected. In college, I finally decided ecology best fit these interests, and I will be graduating this spring with a bachelor’s of science in ecology, evolution and behavior from the University of Minnesota. After graduation, I will be doing avian field research in Itasca State Park. I am proud to be a part of the queer scientist community! 🙂
