She/They

I am queer and I am a chemist doing a PhD in renewable energy engineering.//

I graduated in Chemistry in 2011 in Brazil, and took a 5 year break from academia to work in long-distance triathlon. In 2019 I’ve completed my MSc in theoretical chemistry, and applied after to become a PhD candidate in renewable energy engineering at UNSW to work on the development of low-cost catalyst for water splitting. I’m also an ally@unsw for the steering committee and advocate for women and queer people in STEM
