I am trans and queer and I am a computational chemist. //

Through a series of decisions made “following the interdisciplinary road,” I’m now a chemistry PhD student. I came out as trans during my final semester of undergrad, and started grad school with a name different than what was on my application. I’m thankful for the mentors I have had in STEM who have supported me, and hope to one day be that support for others.
