Hi! My name is Elaina. I am a lesbian and COO of the LUMA Institute. My personal mantra is, “If not you, then who? If not now, then when?” My belief is progress over perfection, hence why my passion is coaching, leadership, STEM and OpEx. I love creating powerful connections where I can coach and support people like me live their fullest and be their authentic selves.
