He/Him
I am queer and I am a anthropological bioarchaeologist. //
I’m a queer anthropologist who specializes in Andean bioarchaeology, isotopic biogeochemistry, infectious disease epidemiology, and in the future palaeoepigenetics. I currently am attending The University of Illinois at Chicago for my doctoral studies, and previously attended Georgia State for my three master’s, and Drew University for undergrad. My research investigates human sacrifice on the north coast during military campaigns and inkaic incorporation of the north coast (AD 1470-1532). Throughout my education, I never had a mentor that was queer—so it is my hope to be that person to train and mentor the next generation of queer scientists.
