I am gay and I am a molecular biologist.//
I am an associate research scientist at Columbia University in New York City. Science and biology was always my main interest growing up in Spain, and everything changed when I saw a documentary about genes and genetic engineering. I discovered that the only god I believe in is DNA! I´m living this dream by using cutting-edge genetic tools to find novel therapies for leukemia patients. I think queer representation in STEM really matter but it is still dismal. Let’s change that!
