I am bisexual/queer and I am an aspiring ecologist and evolutionary biologist.//

I am an undergraduate studying ecology and evolution at Rutgers University. My research interests are broad, but my current research focuses on macro and microplastic ingestion by seabirds nesting in the gulf of Maine. I also study egg production in Monogenean parasites infecting the gills of Bluegill sunfish. I feel lucky to be a part of a university with so much diversity. I feel loved, supported, and seen by my peers and professors and hope that one day when I am higher up in academia I can help others feel the same way.
