He/Him
I am trans and I am a mathematical oncologist.//
I’ve been passionate about maths and science, equality and diversity for a long time, I have been out as queer throughout my Physics degree at the University of Oxford and my PhD in Cancer Research at the University of Cambridge. It’s only now though, working as a postdoc in mathematical oncology and evolution at the Cleveland Clinic with Jacob Scott and the Theory Division, that I have been able to be myself fully. I’m now an out and proud gay trans man, just beginning my transition (2022). In my spare time I do some pro wrestling! It’s only in the safest and most welcoming environments that we can be our best selves. Science and maths are for everyone.
