I am a lesbian and I am a wetland ecology graduate student. //

I am a lesbian graduate student studying wetland ecology. My research addresses how to better restore wetlands with diverse native plants following invasive species removal. I am passionate about how scientists communicate their science in understandable and engaging pathways. In addition to my graduate studies I co-founded and currently serve on the executive board of an LGBTQIA+ foundation.
