I am gay and I am a PhD student in organic chemistry. //
I grew up in rural (yes, really) New Jersey and had an amazing experience at Drew University researching atmospheric photochemistry before moving out west to Stanford for grad school. I’m currently a graduate student in the Du Bois group looking at rhodium-catalyst methods for C-N bond formation and applications to total synthesis and structure diversification. Outside the lab I love cartoons, movies, and campy CW dramas.
