She/Her
I am bi and I am a learning technologist, instructional designer, and aspiring ecologist. //
I left school with ok GCSEs in 1997, bored of the lack of challenge that education had provided. For many years I worked in IT support. In 2008 I started a BSc in Environmental Science at Bath Spa University and graduated in 2011. In 2017 I completed a masters in Advanced Wildlife Conservation in Practice at UWE. I’m about to leave my IT training job to work at a University creating digital learning materials for applied science students. Eventually I will complete a doctorate. I take part in lots of volunteering, carrying out bat and otter surveys, and engaging the public in conservation and citizen science.
