I am gay and I am a neuroscientist.//
I am a young Assistant Professor at the University of Rio (UFRJ), Brazil. Working with neurosciences and cell metabolism, my goal is to understand how brain tumors can regulate their metabolism in order to develop and progress.
My background is biology/biosciences and obtained my PhD at the Sorbonne Université in Paris, France (2013). I also had postdoctoral training at the Langone Health at NYU in New York, USA.
