They/Them
I am queer and nonbinary and I am an evolutionary anthropologist. //
I am a nonbinary graduate student at Arizona State University and US Air Force veteran studying the evolution of cooperation within the context of warfare. Together with my research, I plan to serve as a voice for incorporating the anthropological perspective into policy and program development and implementation. I believe that studying cooperation can provide solutions for multi-scale complex collective-action problems such as climate change and resource preservation. As a queer, first-gen college student I try to be visible and open about my experiences to showcase the types of people that go into academia and share resources for those who may feel that academia is not accessible to them.
