She/Her

I am bisexual and I am a nuclear physician.//

I am a practicing physician in India. As a nuclear physician, I am involved in both clinics and research. Therefore, the intertwining worlds of medicine, basic sciences and basic subjects of the medical curriculum intrigue me. Hence the nature of my work and a deep interest in molecular imaging. Molecular imaging involves the understanding of physiology, biochemistry, medicine, physics, chemistry and even basic biology and then creating an imaging system which can answer the most basic questions about the morphology, physiology and pathology of diseases, paving a path to their treatment, which can be more specific owing to the receptor level involvement.
One thing common between my field of work and belonging to the queer community is the blurring of the margins of the so called well-defined labels, such as of who you are and who you are supposed to love.
