I am non-binary and I am a botanist and entomologist.//
I recently finished my Master’s thesis on the relationship between bumblebees (the ones seen in my picture) and morning glories. I’m now looking for work as a research technician so I can keep contributing to science with the skillset I’ve built over all these years. My journey of self-discovery and the pursuit of higher education was a lot more intertwined than I was initially aware of. At the same time I started exploring the parts of science I was genuinely passionate about, I was discovering myself. I spend a lot of my life being unsure of who I was and what I cared about, but I found that love of self and the natural world among the flowers and the bees!
