I am a social psychologist – my research largely revolves around prejudice, health, and social identity-relevant factors for sexual minority and gender diverse individuals. Recently, my research has begun to focus on internalized homophobia. I have particularly strong interest in understanding unconscious bias, dehumanizing cognitions, and the volatile and paradoxical relationship between religion and sexuality.
