I am a lesbian and I am a cyber system engineer.//

I architect and develop applied cyber security solutions for the U.S. Navy’s various platforms and systems whether they are legacy or yet to be developed. I have spent my entire career working on R&D systems for the Navy, primarily in sonar and radar, with extensive at-sea experience. Prior to my shift back to a 100% technical focus on cyber security, I spent 15ish years in management of both people (up to 450 staff) and programs (up to $5M annually). I volunteer a significant amount of time to various youth STEM programs, especially those targeting females, to foster interest in the future generations of STEM professionals.
