I am non-binary and bisexual and I am a biochemist.//

 

In high school I realized that I really loved science, but I wasn’t sure what discipline I wanted to hone in on. Going through my undergradaute degrees, I still never decided. I ended up majoring in both biochemistry and theoretical physics (as well as a classics major on the side). I kept all of my doors open, and now I am a PhD student using microbiological approaches to create novel antibodies and physical chemistry approaches to study the quantum dynamics of their binding sites.
