I am gay and I am an assistant professor of neuroscience.//
After a PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Nantes in France and a postdoc in neuroimmunology at the University of Virginia, I opened my own lab in the Lerner Research Institute of the Cleveland Clinic. My lab studies how the surrounding of the brain, named the meninges, are participating in the maintenance of normal and pathological brain function from neurodevelopment to neurodegeneration.
As a proud bear gay man, I hope to be able to provide guidance and support for inclusion and blossoming of LGBTQAI in STEM.
