I am a graduate student at the University of Maryland working on a thesis that encompass designing medical diagnostic devices that operate in low-to-no resource settings. I am also the VP of Outreach of the Alliance for Diversity in Science and Engineering and very interested in science advocacy, outreach and public policy.
